• Bachelor degree from any major are welcome, preferably in pharmacy or health industry related education
• Strong business sense and industry expertise (Healthcare professional- Doctors, Clinic, Hospital, Lab and Pharmacies)
• Prior experience in healthcare related industry is an advantage and successful previous experience as sales manager or business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Willingness to mobile around Indonesia
• Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets by successfully manage the sales/ commercial team
• Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong and long lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Manage sales team to penetrate the market
• Maintain continuous reviews to ensure parties are maintaining highest service level
