• You are FLUENT in English and Indonesian. (other languages also considered)

• You love communicating in writing and on the phone. You do it well. 

• You are good at maths.

• You are a good listener and empathizer.

• You are flexible to work rotating shifts, ready to take night shifts.

Tanggung Jawab

The person we are looking for is self-motivated and eager to be part of an international team. A team where everyone has a voice can influence decisions and can grow professionally. What it is going to be like:

• Making sure a customer is greeted and welcome

• Taking care of the lost emails, passwords, and broken links

• Educating customers in our services and promotions

• Assisting customers with their accounts related inquiries

• Handling tons of chat requests, emails, and phone calls

• Assuring that customers’ curiosity is sated

• Reporting bugs to developers and advocating customers’ needs and desires

• Sharing important news/updates with the next shift and keeping track of the pending tickets

• Communicating with other departments to ensure customers get what they long for

• Providing feedback to the team leader
