  • Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0-3 year prior sales/customer service or related experience required. Ideally within B2B manufacturing/printing/chemical or packaging environments
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Industry, products and applications.
  • Good written, verbal and telephone skills.
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google and function specific software.
  • Knowledgeable on negotiating and developing contracts.
  • Proven sales negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
  • Customer-Centric
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Effective meeting management.
  • Strong ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships over the phone.
  • Basic negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills needed.
  • Proficiency with applicable computer systems, SF.com, CRM and Google Suite
Tanggung Jawab
  • Assumes responsibility for the assigned customers; actively sells products and services via telephone and email
  • Identify and develop new and existing marketing opportunities through mail, research, cold calling and trade show leads.
  • Create account strategies to deliver on annual growth, price and mix objectives. Devise a strategy to connect proactively with all customers within your assigned territory to understand the nature of the customers, their expectations and how to deliver the value of Avery Dennison based on those needs. Follow a systematic approach to call planning, call execution and call follow-up.
  • Handling daily work such as quotes, complaints and collections, and by serving as an intermediate link between the company and the customer.
  • Perform general sales administration, reports etc as and when required.
  • Work with customer service team to coordinate sales activity and expedite orders when required
  • Occasional travel with Field Sales staff, trade shows and sales meetings
  • Participate in the weekly sales team meetings to surface issues and align on activities and objectives.
  • Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com that supports the growth targets of your territory.
  • Remain current on territory and market trends. Promote and sell new product innovations and execute on quarterly Marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively identify new target accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.
