- Minimum: 2 years administration skill

1. Monitor existing B2B & B2C customers.
2. Remind and follow up on the readiness of the sales administration process.
3. Understand the concept and flow of API Connect Services.
4. Conduct presentation with partners assisting B2B sales.
5. Meet the targets set (monthly, quarter, and year).
6. Create sales reports.
7. Provide solutions and recommendations to partner problems.
8. Handling and responding quickly to partner questions or complaints (response 1x24 hours).
