- The candidate should have a shipping line/NVOCC experience or freight forwarding experience of at least 2 years.
- Should have sales experience in Shipping /Logistics in the SUB market
- Having good communication skills
- Having experience leading a team
- Able to work in the team
Responsibility :
- Handle the Branch commercial activities
- Ensure the monthly Export & Import Targets are achieved – volume and Revenue
- Contribute to the Profitability of the branch on a monthly basis in a consistent manner
- Ensure the present customers are well serviced, followed up and business maximized from each of them
- Ensure that there are new customers secured on a monthly basis
- Strong control & connect with the market, share the market, share the market reports as required by the management.
