MM CRM & CVJ will define how the brand connection with the consumer and designing consumer journey and activating key micro moments.
By having strong brand connection with consumer and identify the consumer needs on consumer journey, this role will ensure strong reason for consumer to enter the brand via CRM program and continue the engagement with the brand through the journey
ABOUT THE ROLE :
Developing CRM backbone program to best engage with consumer
Mapping between consumer interest level to topic that relevant and define how the brand connection during in specific time of consumer journey
Ensure the implementation of CRM program to the right channel (email, whatsapp , SMS, mobile apps, etc ) in the timely manner
Develop brand club membership ( KlubBundaSGM , BebeClub , & MyNutriClub ) activities that focus on giving the best service based on each brand consumer profile
Develop CRM acquisition program in digital and conventional channel such as website enhancement journey to lead web traffic to conversion, partnership with ecommerce or publisher, etc
Ensure acquisition program and plan in place and running timely to achieve acquisition KPI
Ensure high quality data acquisition from all touch point onboard in CRM system
Set-up and ensure systemized monitoring of all CRM programs, ensuring KPI’s in place for all programs
Clearly define consumer journey based on consumer profile / tribes and motivation to have a connection with brand
Define CVJ micro moment and relevant ecosystem based on the journey mapping
Identify and define the needs for consumer micro moment,
what is consumer digital journey and touch point that relevant
Liaise with brand team and give clear direction and help to develop concept that fit to consumer micro moment
Defining specific goals and measure of success for each concept
Ensure implementation of the concept with CRM & Brand team and agency partners
Ensure performance tracking and provide learning and action plan for continuous improvement and optimization
Ensure Indonesia has best in class CVJ program that can be roll-out to Danone Global
ABOUT YOU :
Affinity with FMCG / Food / Pharma Environment
Experienced CRM & Digital Marketing,
Experience working with CRM or Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce.com / Adobe Campaign, etc
Experience in leading project related to CRM that involve multiple third parties from creative agency to technology partner
Strong experience or affinity with Consumer Insight management preferred
Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
