Integrate Papuan Affairs Department’s primary function to provide highly skilled local Papuan employees to support the company which will be sustainable and highly beneficial for the future of the operation.
Gather, analyze, format, report, and make recommendations on data for Papuan development programs. Responsible for planning, measuring effectiveness, and driving desired outcomes based on business needs.
Will be instrumental in preparing Papuan employees to become highly skilled, high performing professionals prepared to meet the local, regional and global business challenges and its diverse cultural base.
Assist with growth and transformational activities to improve all areas of personal and professional development in the workforce, while striving for excellence.
Continuously identify and improve support tools, methods, and tracking relating to Papuan employee training and performance to ensure the Papuan Affairs Department is successful in supporting the manpower needs of all divisions.
Additional responsibilities :
Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the development process of Papuan workforce.
Planning and monitoring.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Basic level of the Indonesian language in understanding and oral (preferable but not essential)
