Clinical Sales Partner is a customer-facing role responsible for developing strong partnership with HCPs to provide product specific information and clinical support that help in clinical decision making and advancing patient benefit with Roche’s products for eligible patients.

This position will be based in Surabaya and responsible for :

Customer Engagement with Patient-centric Approach

Deliver interaction with HCPs using patient-centric approach :

Understand disease pathology, how it impacts the patient and where Roche products best fit in the treatment process

Identify right patient profile that will benefit from Roche products through focused scientific discussions with healthcare professionals

Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of patients needs

Improving the patient experience and long term value creation

Interact to understand the views and specific needs of HCPs in the assigned therapeutic area, and where Roche can partner with them to meet their needs where aligned with our strategies

Digital literacy in daily activities to provide values to customers

Master product knowledge and patient journey to provide best solution for patients and HCPs

Scientific Exchange & Business Intelligence

Facilitate the needs of HCPs and other relevant stakeholders for up to date scientific data, including publications of clinical trials, guidelines, by providing the best quality information they require

Identify and share insightful information about HCPs & other stakeholders regarding preferences, opinions and practices as well as competitor and market updates that contribute to / could impact related TA Squad strategy

Deep understanding of customer journey, customer’s pain point and co-create solution with customers to solve barriers towards better patient outcome

Sales Force Effectiveness & Territory Analysis

Prioritize time & effort on right customers, right channel, right content, right offering, right timing to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physicians based on opportunity & potential

Proactively analyze customer insights & business performance in the relevant ecosystem

Aligning with Strategic Healthcare Partner (SHP) in the development & execution of strategies to translates value propositions to HCPs (90 days plan)

Monitor stock availability in the outlets to ensure no disruption in patients continuum of care

Deliver Business Impact

Responsible for providing LE 90 days plan, meeting sales targets, increase customer adoption and achieving business growth of assigned brands

To lead / support specific project related to TA Squad strategy

You will demonstrate the following qualifications :

Medical Doctor / science education background

1-2 years experience working in healthcare industry

Deep understanding of customer journey and patient journey of the relevant TA

Mastery of product & disease knowledge of the relevant TA

Ability to integrate and communicate complex clinical and product information

Knowledge and ability to address operational issues in the delivery of products to patients, such as drug procurement system, reimbursement and supply

Medical Doctor / Science education background

Sound communication and presentation skill

Influencing & Alignment with cross-functional teams

Strong listening skills

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and methodical in problem solving

Enterprise mindset for the business in their responsible ecosystem

Self-managed, driven and solution-oriented

Fluent in English
