Digital Paid-Advertising Associates

BASED by Basil is an Advertising Agency that focus on Running Digital Advertising from Small-Medium Enterprise to Corporate Level Campaign. We work with clients to target their ideal customers converting it from leads to sales for their businesses.

Job Description:

Manage brand ad account on Ads Manager and monitor their progress throughout the day. (Mainly Facebook/Meta Ads)
Provide daily ad reports detailing any changes in their performance as well as any changes you made to its activity.
Monitor and maximize campaign budgets to meet their respective KPIs.
Content planning and copywriting for clients.
Write up monthly performance report.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, branding, or related fields.
At least TWO years of experience operating social-media promotional tools or digital-marketing/advertising work experience (Preferably Facebook Ads Manager).
Possess an in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, algorithm, and website analytics.
Experience working at a digital agency (digital marketing, social media, full-house digital marketing agency or online ads/PPC agency). Minimum TWO years, non internship position.
Content planning ability and design work (Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
English and Indonesian language proficiency.
Deep Interest in learning more about digital marketing and branding
Willing to relocate to, or at least travel to work as we are located in Citra Garden 2, West Jakarta

*Please note that this job cannot be done remotely and will require you to work at the office from Mondays to Saturdays. This CANNOT be done on an internship or part time position either as we are looking for candidates who are willing to work under contract for at least a year.
